This privacy notice explains how personal data is handled when you use the public AEROH website or submit an enquiry through it.
This notice is for visitors to the public AEROH website and people who contact AEROH through the website contact form.
It does not govern processing performed inside AEROH products, client environments, pilots, or professional engagements. Those activities are covered only by the contracts, processing terms, and security arrangements agreed for that work.
Enquiries submitted through this website are received by AEROH at aeroh@stoyanco.com.
If you have a privacy request about website contact data, write to that address and describe the enquiry clearly. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
If you use the contact form, we may process the information you choose to provide: name, work email address, organisation name, and message content.
When you load website pages, standard technical request data may be processed by hosting and related infrastructure providers. This can include IP address, browser and device information, date and time, and the page requested. We do not ask for this as a form field; it is created by normal website delivery.
We process contact-form data to receive, assess, and respond to enquiries, and to keep a basic correspondence record.
We process technical website request data to operate, secure, and maintain the public website.
We do not use the public website for advertising profiles, behavioural targeting, or sale of personal data.
The public website is hosted through Cloudflare. Contact-form delivery may use Cloudflare website and email services to reach the AEROH mailbox. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
These providers may process technical request data needed to deliver their service. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to that processing.
This public website does not currently use advertising cookies, non-essential analytics cookies, or behavioural tracking tools.
If that changes, this notice will be updated and any required consent mechanism will be added before non-essential tracking is enabled.
Contact messages may be retained in the receiving mailbox for correspondence and basic record-keeping for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Technical logs retained by infrastructure providers are governed by their own systems and retention practices.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted through the website contact form, subject to any lawful need to retain it.
To make a request, email the controller contact above. Do not include passwords, identity documents, or confidential operational material in the first message unless we specifically ask for them.
Do not submit credentials, files, special-category personal data, personal data about other people, confidential business information, or security-sensitive operational details through the public contact form.
If your matter requires confidential handling, request a separate channel first.
We may update this notice when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when a material change is published.
